The Church and Parish House of St. Ann and the Holy Trinity has been recognized for its architectural and historical significance through listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987 and designation as a National Historic Landmark in 1987. In 2017, Easton Architects designed the upgrades for the Parish House, working with representatives of St. Ann’s School and St. Ann and the Holy Trinity to configure the space to support temporary use by the school and long-term use of the Parish House by the congregation and members of the community. The project also included repairs to the plaster ceiling in the church, and refinishing of select areas including pews and interior plaster wall repair. This work followed the extensive exterior restoration by Easton Architects, which concluded in 2015 and included masonry restoration, window restoration and replacement, and waterproofing.
